How we use your content
Reference photos, names, dates, messages, and instructions are used only to prepare, fulfill, and support your order.
No promotional use
We do not use customer photos in advertising, social media, product listings, or other promotional material.
Retention and deletion
Reference photos are retained for up to 30 days after dispatch, then deleted from our active order files. You may request earlier deletion. If production or support is still underway, deleting a photo may prevent us from completing or reviewing the order.
Content you submit
Please submit only content that you are allowed to use. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate material. We may decline content that cannot reasonably or lawfully be used for production.
Accuracy of personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of details submitted with the order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible after production has started and cannot be made after dispatch.
