Made for your order
Each frame is prepared individually using the personalisation submitted with your order.
Details checked before production
We review the information you provide and contact you if something is incomplete, unclear, conflicting, unavailable, or unsuitable for production. We do not send a design proof as standard.
Free tracked shipping
Every order includes free standard tracked shipping. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
Help when something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 calendar days. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Reference photos stay private
Customer photos are used only to fulfill the order, never for advertising, and are retained for up to 30 days after dispatch. You can request earlier deletion.
