Frame Story turns the customer’s names, dates, colours, message and available figure selections into a made-to-order display frame. The process is designed around checking details before the frame is assembled and dispatched.
1. Choose the story and frame
Start with the occasion and format: graduation, birthday, wedding or anniversary. The collection and product pages show the available size, price, materials and current personalisation fields.
2. Add the personal details
Enter the names, dates, short message, frame colour and available figure styling. Some products support private reference photo uploads. Exact choices vary by design and are shown in the product form.
3. Review before production
Customers review spelling, dates and delivery details before checkout. Frame Story also checks submitted information and may contact the customer when clarification is needed.
4. Prepare, pack and dispatch
Each frame is prepared individually in the Hong Kong studio. Small variations in placement, colour, printing and component appearance are part of the made-to-order result. Orders normally dispatch within five working days, with up to seven working days during busy periods.
5. Track the delivery
