Allow time for the personalisation review
The wedding frame can include couple names, the wedding date, a short message, frame colour and available bride and groom styling. Check every name and number before checkout. Frame Story may contact you if information is incomplete, unclear or unavailable.
Plan production and delivery separately
Production is the time needed to prepare the frame. Transit starts after dispatch. For the United States, the current guide estimates 7–14 calendar days after dispatch.
